1. Quotations and Site Access
- Validity: Quotations are valid for 14 days due to material cost fluctuations.
- Site Inspections: Any online estimate is subject to a physical site inspection to confirm ground levels and soil conditions.
- Access: The client must ensure that the site is accessible for staff and delivery vehicles.
2. Natural Product Variations
Paving materials are subject to natural variations in color, texture, and size. Pick n Pave cannot guarantee an exact match to samples or website images as batch differences are inherent to the manufacturing and quarrying process.
3. Underground Services
It is the client’s responsibility to notify Pick n Pave of any underground pipes, cables, or irrigation systems before work begins. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed underground services.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit is required to confirm an order and secure an installation date.
- Final payment is due immediately upon practical completion of the work.
- Goods remain the property of Pick n Pave until paid for in full.
5. Guarantees and Liability
We offer a workmanship guarantee on installations. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by ground movement, root growth, or usage exceeding the designed load capacity of the paving.
